It is with extreme pleasure that we announce that, as of October 1, 2007, Lynx CosmetiSoft, Inc. is now wholly owned by Meditab Software, Inc.
CosmetiSoft will continue to operate as a separate, yet integrated Meditab entity. Please rest assured that for the near future you should not see any changes in our day-to-day operations. Our entire staff will remain intact and ready to help you and your staff with support and other issues.
According to Mike Patel, Founder and CEO of Meditab, “The beneficiary of our new partnership will be CosmetiSoft’s customers. Meditab will dedicate its technology staff to create new system features and functions to meet their needs. This new software development will be accomplished by Meditab’s extensive development team, and with CosmetiSoft’s direction, our customers will see a significant improvement in the software that will be both market and customer driven.”
